Reiki For Your Pets At Home. Video : Sherbert & Cashews Story
The joys of a canine or feline friend can be much more than just a purring cuddle or a gentle pat.
Animals work with humans on more than just the physical plane. They 'carry' burdens and pains for us. They know where we are and how we are feeling, even if we are away from them over a great distance. They understand when we need to have company and when we need to be left alone. Animals can absorb energies that are no longer of benefit to us so we may feel Lighter, less 'weighed down'
Often, an animal will simply turn up into the lives of a human family. They are there to alleviate a heaviness of energies and to help bring about calmness and balance for the family.
If you have pets at home, birds in an aviary or horses in a paddock, you can also Reiki them as well. Watch the following video about Sherbert and Cashew.
Sherbert and Cashew Video :
Reiki is wonderful for pet arthritis and a few other "older dog" problems. Quite often, your pets will come to know when you have your “Reiki hands on” and some will fall asleep in your hands as the Reiki energy flows through you, into them.
On the other hand, there are some pets that might not be too keen on the whole Reiki idea. With your hands on a pet, they could huff and puff from the healing energy and might not keep still for a session. It would be easier to try to catch up with them when they are fast asleep and have your hands hovering above the animal instead. This can also help greatly with any aches or pains that your pet might be carrying.
To give Reiki to a pet, simply place your hands on or near the pain area with the intent to heal. Reiki will do the rest. You can even turn your hands on to stroke your pet. Reiki will flow.
Fish can even benefit from Reiki. Do not take the fish out of the water (giggles). Just place your hands on the tank. Reiki will flow. If you come across wildlife that is injured, Beaming can be done. This is covered in depth with 2nd Degree Reiki.
