Why I Created Life Energetics
When I first learned Reiki, I became fascinated by the connection between our energy and everyday life.
I noticed things I'd never paid attention to before.
Like the time I developed a sore throat while holding back words I needed to say.
Or when I struggled with my right knee during a time I was resisting moving forward in life.
Whether you see those as energy, symbolism or simply greater self-awareness, they made me curious.
Life Energetics grew from that curiosity.
It's the course I wish I'd had when I first started exploring energy.
